Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement

In consideration of the opportunity to participate in activities, events, and programs at PLAYA Racquet Club, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Acceptance of Risk

I understand that playing pickleball and engaging in related activities at PLAYA Racquet Club involves certain inherent risks, including, but not limited to, potential personal injury, property loss, or other hazards. I willingly assume full responsibility for these risks as part of my experience.

• Fitness and Health

I confirm that I am in good physical condition and able to safely participate in pickleball activities. Should my health status change in any way that may affect my safe participation, I will notify PLAYA Racquet Club immediately.

• Liability Release

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless PLAYA Racquet Club, its owners, employees, instructors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise from any injury, loss, or damage to myself or my property, including claims based on negligence or any other legal theory, while engaging in activities.

• Media Consent

I authorize PLAYA Racquet Club to capture, use, and publish photographs and/or videos of me taken during activities for promotional purposes, without any expectation of compensation or additional approval.

• Emergency Consent

In the event of an emergency, I authorize PLAYA Racquet Club and its representatives to obtain necessary medical treatment on my behalf, including transport to a medical facility if required. I understand that any medical costs incurred will be my responsibility.

• Adherence to Rules

I agree to comply with all policies, rules, and guidelines provided by PLAYA Racquet Club and its staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT. I SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY, INTENDING TO BE LEGALLY BOUND.
